Is Madagascar cheap for travelers?

Yes. Madagascar is one of the cheapest countries people can visit. You can get a meal for 2 in a mid range restaurant and pay less than $15 for the total bill. A 0.5 liter domestic beer costs less than $1.

Do I need a PCR test to enter Madagascar?

No. Effective August 11, 2022 the government of Madagascar has ended all COVID-19 testing requirements for entry.

How many days do I need to visit Madagascar?

This one is a tough one. We would say ideal is 2 weeks. Of course the more  time you have the better. Madagascar has a lot to offer travelers and if you make the long journey here, you definitely want to take full advantage of it. Having said that, You can easily see the main attractions in 3-5 days.

What language is spoken in Madagascar?

The official language of the country is Malagasy. The second most spoken language is French. English is not widely spoken, however our tour compony is proficient in English.

What kind of food is typically eaten In Madagascar?

Traditionally Malagasy people eat rice, yams, manioc and sweet potatoes. Thanks to the natural climate of the country, almost all fruits and vegetables are grown locally. Of course we know many places to satisfy all our traveler's culinary wishes.
